Financial planning for managers and specialists

A high income does not necessarily mean you have a financial plan.

Bonuses, employee stock, pension fund, 1e, Pillar 3a, investment account, and home ownership. Each component can make sense on its own. We make sure they all fit into a single, cohesive plan.

Would you rather get an overview on your own first? The Pension analysis in the Caveo app Shows in just a few minutes what you're missing in the event of old age, disability, or death.

Who this plan is right for

Generally, an income of at least CHF 120'000 for an individual or CHF 250'000 for a household, or assets of at least CHF 500'000, including retirement savings.

Or when a major life event is on the horizon: a promotion, employee stock options, a big bonus, buying a home, starting a family, or retiring in five to ten years.

Sample calculation based on a real-world scenario

The same person, the same income. By age 90, there’s a difference of CHF 760'000.

Executive with a stake in the company, age 48, with assets of CHF 1.5 million (including a home and retirement savings), plans to retire at age 56. Without a plan, those assets will be depleted by about age 85. With a plan, CHF 450'000 will remain by age 90.

  • Use the equity stake as planned+ CHF 70'000Regular withdrawals instead of unplanned depletion
  • Better pension plan and buy-ins+ CHF 180'000Supplementary plan for the roster; acquisition potential exhausted
  • Investing surplus funds+ CHF 510'000According to a phased plan rather than in the account

This does not result in lower taxes. The difference comes from the right structure and sequence, not from tax tricks.

The amounts are examples; the leverage ratios are not. They work just as well for smaller estates as they do for larger ones. Our first consultation will show you what’s possible for you.
